I learned what to do if someone's chest is punctured to the lung, why a heart attack numbs your arm, and how to keep the blood flowing while the ambulance comes. Yesterday we played games all day--all-it freeze tag to Rump rump rump to Bobby go peep-fillers we'd likely play when the kids come to nature camp. University of Oregon, as it turned out, won't offer any aid your first year as an M.A. University of Texas doesn't have any professors the least bit interested in the environment.
